A professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Officer to join its People team on a temporary basis. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end recruitment support across the business in a flexible, part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy approval to offer stage
⭐ Advise hiring managers and support candidate selection and interviews
⭐ Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage ongoing relationships
⭐ Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
⭐ Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
⭐ Assist with recruitment-related projects and process improvements
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
⭐ Good understanding of employment legislation and best practice
⭐ Strong communication and organisational skills
⭐ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
⭐ CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred
