Lead the CDD Operations team to deliver onboarding and periodic review activities.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Review and sign off higher-risk client assessments
⭐ Ensure accurate and compliant CDD records and processes
⭐ Monitor KPIs, quality assurance checks and management information
⭐ Drive process improvements and support regulatory change initiatives
⭐ Liaise with stakeholders and provide training to the CDD team
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in CDD, AML or compliance within financial services
⭐ Strong knowledge of KYC, CDD and financial crime requirements
⭐ Previous team management or supervisory experience
⭐ Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Ability to identify improvements and drive change
