Support the delivery of effective compliance oversight and provide regulatory guidance across the business.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support the Head of Compliance on advisory queries, breaches and regulatory matters
⭐ Deliver and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Programme
⭐ Conduct thematic reviews and produce risk-focused reports
⭐ Draft and maintain policies, procedures and compliance documentation
⭐ Support regulatory submissions, audits and inspections
⭐ Provide training support and mentor junior team members
What you’ll need:
⭐ 3+ years’ compliance experience in financial services
⭐ Relevant ICA qualification or equivalent
⭐ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance monitoring
⭐ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
⭐ Excellent communication and stakeholder management
⭐ Ability to work independently and under pressure
