L&D Operations Administrator


Support corporate scheme renewals processing and client data preparation.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Assist with Life & Disability scheme renewal processing
⭐ Prepare and validate client data using Excel templates
⭐ Import and check data within internal systems
⭐ Investigate errors and complete renewal checklists
⭐ Update tracking lists and ticketing systems
⭐ Support invoicing and monthly renewal workflows
