Key responsibilities:
⭐ Advise high-net-worth families and trustees on offshore structures
⭐ Support estate planning, trusts, foundations and governance matters
⭐ Manage complex legal matters and review documentation
⭐ Supervise and develop junior lawyers
⭐ Collaborate across dispute resolution and corporate teams
⭐ Contribute to business development and client relationships
What you’ll need:
⭐ Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (common law jurisdiction preferred)
⭐ Around 8+ years’ relevant post-qualification experience
⭐ STEP qualification
⭐ Strong knowledge of trusts and private wealth structures
⭐ Leadership, communication and client management skills
⭐ Commercial awareness and ability to manage deadlines
