Head of Facilities


Lead the workplace experience as Head of Facilities, creating an inclusive, safe and high-performing environment across locations.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and workplace services
⭐ Lead space planning, office design and refurbishments
⭐ Manage facilities and reception teams, driving service excellence
⭐ Ensure health & safety, compliance and risk management
⭐ Oversee suppliers, contractors and maintenance programmes
⭐ Support security, business continuity and workplace resilience

What you’ll need:
⭐ Proven leadership experience in facilities or workplace management
⭐ Strong stakeholder and communication skills
⭐ Knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements
⭐ IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) preferred
⭐ Organised, proactive and service-focused approach
⭐ Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic planning
