Seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to support the accounting, valuation and reporting of private fund structures within a small, growing business.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Prepare and review fund NAVs with a strong focus on investment valuations
⭐ Lead or support valuation processes for private and unquoted investments
⭐ Maintain fund accounting records, capital activity and cash flows
⭐ Prepare management, investor and board reporting
⭐ Support audits, particularly valuation-related queries
What you’ll need:
⭐ 3–4+ years’ experience in fund accounting or alternative investments
⭐ Strong practical understanding of valuation methodologies
⭐ Confidence interpreting portfolio company financials
⭐ Proactive, detail-oriented and improvement focused
⭐ Although desirable, a professional qualification is not essential
