An established financial services provider is a seeking a new team member to focus on oversight, monitoring and governance activities for Guernsey-regulated funds, with additional involvement in valuation reviews and reconciliations.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Maintain and update breach and compliance registers
⭐ Monitor regulatory reporting cycles and annual fund documentation
⭐ Review periodic valuations and reconcile fund data
⭐ Support GFSC notifications and regulatory submissions
⭐ Assist with investigation of breaches and pricing issues
⭐ Contribute to regulatory visits and audit processes
⭐ Provide operational support across the wider team
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience within the Guernsey funds sector
⭐ Understanding of the local regulatory environment
⭐ Strong organisational and time management skills
⭐ Clear communication and confident stakeholder engagement
⭐ Proficiency in Excel and Word; exposure to fund systems advantageous
⭐ Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
