Key Responsibilities
⭐ Lead absence management, including sickness, parental and extended leave
⭐ Develop and implement a firm-wide wellbeing strategy
⭐ Oversee employee relations case management and policy compliance
⭐ Manage updates to employment manuals and contractual documentation
⭐ Deliver ER reporting in line with risk and quality frameworks
⭐ Coach and support leaders on ER processes and people matters
⭐ Contribute to broader People strategy initiatives and lifecycle management
What You’ll Need
⭐ CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
⭐ Strong experience in employee relations and case management
⭐ Knowledge of local employment legislation
⭐ Experience developing wellbeing initiatives and HR policy
⭐ Confidence using HR systems (e.g. Workday or similar)
⭐ Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills
⭐ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
