This role will play a key role in a major core banking transformation programme.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Play a central role in a large-scale core banking system transformation
⭐ Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and strategic objectives
⭐ Translate complex requirements into clear, structured documentation
⭐ Act as a bridge between business, technology teams and delivery partners
⭐ Support solution design, testing, change and go-live activities
What you’ll need:
⭐ Proven Business Analyst experience within financial services
⭐ Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24)
⭐ Experience delivering complex system or core banking change programmes
⭐ Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
⭐ Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable:
⭐ Experience working with third-party vendors or system integrators
⭐ Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes
⭐ Experience across design, build, testing and implementation phases
