Business Customer Service Engineer


A leading telecoms and technology provider is looking for a new team member to take on this front-line role delivering fast, professional assistance to clients, with a strong focus on ownership and first-time resolution.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Handle service requests, faults, and provisioning of business services
⭐ Manage customer communications and updates via phone and ticketing systems
⭐ Troubleshoot issues across Microsoft 365, networking, and telephony
⭐ Coordinate order workflows and monitor backlog
⭐ Participate in on-site visits and out-of-hours support rota

What you’ll need:
⭐ Great customer service and communication skills
⭐ Strong IT literacy and willingness to learn new tech
⭐ Ability to work independently and solve problems
⭐ Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, or ITIL (desirable)
⭐ Full UK driving licence
