People Consultant / Regional Lead


An international financial services firm is seeking a new team member to support its Guernsey-based team and offices in Jersey and the Isle of Man. This key generalist role partners with leadership to drive employee experience, cultural alignment, and organisational performance.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Advise on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit
⭐ Partner with leadership on engagement, performance, and culture
⭐ Apply local employment law to manage employee relations matters
⭐ Collaborate with London-based HR specialists to localise people initiatives
⭐ Lead regional delivery of reward, wellbeing, and learning programmes
⭐ Act as a trusted advisor to employees and senior leaders

What you’ll need:
⭐ CIPD or equivalent HR qualification (coaching experience a plus)
⭐ Proven track record in HR/people consulting and ER case management
⭐ Strong working knowledge of Crown Dependency employment law
⭐ Ability to influence, build relationships and maintain discretion
⭐ Passion for aligning people strategy with business values
