In-House Legal Counsel


Join a leading private client team advising on complex international structures. This high-level planning role combines technical legal expertise, client-facing advisory, and collaboration across global teams.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Advise on trust structures, restructures, and technical client matters
⭐ Lead onboarding for complex clients and assets, working closely with legal and compliance
⭐ Draft and review trust-related documents and advisory correspondence
⭐ Liaise with external advisors on legal, tax, and fiduciary issues
⭐ Monitor international regulatory, tax and legal developments
⭐ Support succession planning, family governance, and fiduciary structure reviews

What you’ll bring:
⭐ 3–7 years’ PQE with strong private client legal experience
⭐ Excellent technical knowledge of trusts and fiduciary matters
⭐ Confident communicator with strong advisory and drafting skills
⭐ Project management and client collaboration experience
