What you’ll be doing
⭐ Manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring day-to-day administration runs smoothly
⭐ Maintain statutory records, process payments, prepare minutes/resolutions, and conduct entity reviews
⭐ Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams on legal, accounting, and tax matters
⭐ Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide guidance to junior staff

What you’ll bring
⭐ 3+ years’ experience managing your own client portfolio in trust or company administration
⭐ STEP certificate/diploma or equivalent professional qualification
⭐ Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
