Legal Secretary – Family Office


Join a busy legal team, supporting fee earners with administrative and document-focused tasks. Ideal for someone highly organised, accurate, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Provide typing, document formatting, and proofreading support
⭐ Prepare court bundles, client files, and legal documentation
⭐ Organise meetings, book travel, and manage calendars
⭐ Assist with billing, expenses, and matter openings
⭐ Handle telephone queries and manage inboxes on behalf of fee earners

What You’ll Bring:
⭐ Previous experience in a legal or professional admin role
⭐ Strong typing and MS Office skills (Outlook, Word essential; Excel helpful)
⭐ Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach
⭐ Familiarity with CRM systems and legal admin processes a plus
