This management role focuses on high-quality financial reporting, mentoring team members, and building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
⭐ Manage and oversee day-to-day work of accounting staff
⭐ Prepare and review complex financial statements and periodic reports
⭐ Maintain accounting records using systems like QuickBooks, Viewpoint and Yardi
⭐ Support client administration teams globally
⭐ Coach and develop team members, overseeing performance reviews
What you’ll bring:
⭐ ACCA/ACA qualification or equivalent experience
⭐ Ideally 1-2 years’ management experience
⭐ Solid technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS (US GAAP a plus)
⭐ Proven experience in managing deadlines and supporting junior team members
⭐ Familiarity with accounting systems (Viewpoint and Yardi would be advantageous)
