Learning Manager


This exciting role focuses on developing people, driving inclusivity, and designing impactful learning solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Partner with business stakeholders to identify and meet learning needs
⭐ Design and deliver blended learning programmes and career development initiatives
⭐ Leverage digital learning tools and content platforms
⭐ Manage learning budgets and external providers
⭐ Analyse learning data and generate regular reporting

What you’ll bring:
⭐ Experience in L&D within legal, financial, or professional services
⭐ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
⭐ Budget and project management capability
⭐ CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred
