Consultant, Private Equity


Play a key role in private capital administration for global clients. This role involves investor servicing, cash management, and investment support for private equity funds in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage investor activities – calls, distributions, transfers, and queries
⭐ Process investment transactions including new and follow-on investments
⭐ Handle cash management – banking, payments, and reconciliations
⭐ Coordinate board meetings, prepare packs, attend meetings, and draft minutes
⭐ Maintain investor records and complete periodic KYC/CDD

What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous experience in fund administration, corporate secretarial, or banking
⭐ Excellent organisational and time management skills
⭐ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
⭐ Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
⭐ Positive, collaborative approach to team tasks
