Onboarding Specialist


As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll manage the customer onboarding journey by leading due diligence checks, assessing risk, and ensuring an efficient, compliant, and client-focused process.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Manage end-to-end onboarding for new mortgage clients
⭐ Complete CDD/KYC and verify identity and ownership
⭐ Conduct and document relationship risk assessments (RRAs)
⭐ Advise colleagues on AML/CFT risks and mitigations
⭐ Maintain accurate onboarding records and audit trails
⭐ Support process improvements and mentor colleagues

What you’ll bring:
⭐ 2+ years’ experience in onboarding, CDD, or compliance
⭐ Strong knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks
⭐ Excellent organisation and attention to detail
⭐ ICA qualification (or willingness to study) preferred
