Operations Manager


This broad role covers sales, finance, team management and operations – ideal for someone commercially minded, organised and tech-savvy.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Drive business development and manage key client relationships
⭐ Oversee job/project delivery, performance and profitability
⭐ Support monthly finance and payroll processes
⭐ Lead and develop a growing team, managing HR matters and appraisals
⭐ Own operational systems and processes

What you’ll bring:
⭐ Proven experience in operations or facilities management
⭐ Strong commercial and client-facing skills
⭐ Numeracy skills, with an understanding of margins and targets
⭐ Comfortable working across finance, people and process
⭐ Tech-minded, with interest in systems optimisation (Simpro experience a plus)
