Paralegal


Support a legal function – active in trade finance, lending, fiduciary, and private equity. This varied and commercial facing paralegal role is key in supporting legal operations across a regulated, multi-disciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Assist with reviewing and drafting loan agreements, term sheets, and client legal documents
⭐ Conduct due diligence on loans and assist with private equity and fiduciary structures
⭐ Monitor legal and regulatory changes, ensuring updates are reflected in contracts
⭐ Coordinate with external counsel and help manage legal relationships
⭐ Assist in identifying legal risks and support mitigation strategies
⭐ Provide clear, practical legal support across multiple business areas

What you’ll need:
⭐ Legal qualification or relevant legal/paralegal training
⭐ 3+ years’ experience in a legal or financial services environment
⭐ Ability to explain legal issues in clear, commercial language
⭐ Sound judgement and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
