Head of Client Accounting


Join a long-established, fiduciary firm known for its high-quality service to HNW/UHNW international clients. This senior leadership role heads up the accounting function, overseeing a team responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reporting across a varied portfolio of trusts and companies.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Lead and manage the client accounting and bookkeeping function
⭐ Review financial statements and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines
⭐ Monitor team performance against KPIs and address issues promptly
⭐ Report regularly to the board and internal committees on accounts status
⭐ Mentor and support the bookkeeping team, including training and appraisals

What you’ll need:
⭐ Proven experience leading a client accounting team in the fiduciary sector
⭐ Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
⭐ Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of accounting systems (Acumen preferred)
⭐ Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
⭐ Commercial awareness and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
