Assistant Manager


Support the day-to-day running of a boutique and its online store, helping drive sales, service, and creativity. During this full-time role you will work 5 days a week, including 2 Saturdays per month.

What You’ll Do:
⭐ Manage visual merchandising and in-store presentation
⭐ Help coordinate promotions, events, and marketing content
⭐ Oversee stock control, EPOS accuracy, and deliveries
⭐ Support online sales, web updates, and SEO efforts
⭐ Maintain excellent customer service in-store and online
⭐ Handle admin, reporting, and daily opening/closing duties

What You’ll Bring:
⭐ Proven retail, sales, or assistant management experience
⭐ Strong IT and EPOS system confidence
⭐ Creative eye for displays and marketing ideas
⭐ Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and initiative
⭐ Positive, flexible and proactive attitude
