Fund Administrator


Join a growing fund administration team managing closed-ended real estate and private equity structures. This role is perfect for a detail-driven professional with strong accounting or fund admin experience and an interest in alternative investment structures.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Maintain financial records for fund entities, SPVs, and investor vehicles
⭐ Support audits, financial statements, valuations, and NAVs
⭐ Reconcile bank accounts and process capital calls, distributions, and payments
⭐ Maintain accurate investor records and due diligence
⭐ Assist with investor onboarding, communications, and project coordination

What you’ll need:
⭐ 2–5 years’ experience in fund administration or accounting (real estate/PE preferred)
⭐ AAT/ACCA qualification or working towards one
⭐ Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (experience with Acumen a bonus)
⭐ Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
⭐ Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
