Systems Analyst / Programmer


This role offers the opportunity to support, develop, and maintain technology solutions whilst contributing to innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
⭐ Collaborate with end users, developers, analysts, and project managers to define technical options and estimates
⭐ Maintain high quality standards through coding, testing, and documentation practices
⭐ Configure, support, and maintain in-house systems, including SharePoint and CRM platforms
⭐ Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of online services
⭐ Evaluate third-party tools and provide recommendations for system improvements
⭐ Keep IT management informed of risks, issues, and opportunities

Essential Skills
⭐ Experience with Agile, DevOps, Microsoft Suite, Python, or AI development tools
⭐ Knowledge of Dynamic 365 CRM, SharePoint, ASP.Net MVC with Angular, MS SQL Server, or Azure Services
⭐ Understanding of UML/Archimate and general development protocols
