Mortgage Executive


An opportunity has arisen to join a specialist financial services team based in Guernsey. This position focuses on supporting property-backed lending activities, ensuring transactions are managed with accuracy, professionalism, and compliance at every stage.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Oversee mortgage loan processes including completions, renewals, repayments, and recoveries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
⭐ Review and assess borrower and property documentation, applying due diligence, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
⭐ Liaise with internal teams and external professionals such as solicitors and valuers to coordinate smooth transaction execution.

Requirements:
⭐ Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
⭐ Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
⭐ Previous mortgage or lending experience is beneficial, though applications are welcomed from candidates with strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
