Assistant Manager – Onboarding


Taking on this new role, the successful candidate will join a respected, independent fiduciary firm supporting the onboarding of complex client structures. This key role works across teams to ensure smooth, compliant new business transitions.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Lead end-to-end onboarding of trusts, companies, and foundations
⭐ Review and process CDD and key documentation
⭐ Liaise with compliance, tax, and investment teams
⭐ Maintain accurate onboarding records and support reporting

What you’ll need:
⭐ 5+ years’ fiduciary experience
⭐ Strong knowledge of CDD and onboarding requirements
⭐ Familiarity with GFSC Handbook and risk-based approaches
⭐ Excellent organisation, accuracy, and communication
