Regulatory Compliance Officer

A new team member is sought to assist the Board and senior management to ensure that procedures are implemented enabling compliance with the current applicable legislation and regulations.
The role holder will; monitor compliance with procedures and produce regular reports on any findings, identify areas of risk and potential regulatory issues and provide adequate remedial solutions. The successful candidate will be able to provide professional advice and guidance to the company and senior management regarding compliance matters and review documentation of the Guernsey Entities. Requirements include ICA Compliance Diploma and at least 5 years’ financial services compliance experience including insurance and investments. Applicants must have strong awareness and understanding of the external environment affecting the industry generally and the Guernsey Entities in particular.
