An international provider of fund, corporate and private wealth services is seeking a new team member to be responsible for coordinating the operation of board and committee meetings. The role holder will; convene and service meetings, ensure that the companies comply with all relevant laws and their Articles of Association and maintain the statutory registers and records of each company.
