An international Trust company are seeking a reliable individual to join a team who provide operational user support groupwide.
The role holder will be; a primary contact for matters related to the company's core applicants (NavOne and Sharepoint), carry out user education and training, monitor KPIs and assist and support the client services teams locally. Applicants must have previous experience in banking or fiduciary, be able to multi-task and have strong interpersonal skills.
