A global professional services company are seeking an individual to join the Statutory team.
The role holder will undertake administration tasks relevant to the incorporation of new companies, assist the department with the filing of Annual Returns by the due dates in the various jurisdictions and assist with training junior staff, among other duties. The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience and either hold or be working towards an industry relevant qualification. An understanding of due diligence requirements in line with GFSC rules and anti-money laundering regulations and a thorough understanding of the trust concept and Trust and Company Law in various jurisdictions are required for this role.
