A candidate with 2 - 5 years' experience is required to provide company secretarial services to existing and prospective new funds, both private and listed. General duties will include Board duties (attending meetings, liaising with members, taking minutes and preparing agendas), making stock exchange announcements and ensuring funds meet their on-going statutory and regulatory obligations.
Good knowledge of the local regulatory framework, experience of working accurately to deadlines and ideally ICSA qualifications would be ideal. An ambitious company with global coverage which offers corporate, fiduciary, fund and capital market solutions.
