Customer Services Representative

Interacting with customers via email, telephone and video conference offering them guidance on products and funds. It will involve participating in all training requirements to fully understand the Unit Linked products. Other aspects will be performing initial AML / client due diligence reviews, and ensuring you take responsibility of customer enquiries from start to completion.
Previous experience in a customer-focused environment and prior work mentoring other staff would be required. An excellent opportunity to work in financial services for a globally successful provider of unit-linked and single premium-based savings, retirement and investment plans.
