This role takes responsibility for managing a team who have oversight and management of the company's activities from a regulatory perspective.
Duties will include undertaking onsite reviews, ensuring the Custodian Monitoring program is effectively and delivered in a timely manner, and proactively managing and training staff. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing controls for operational and regulatory risks.
You will need to have up to date regulatory knowledge, be risk aware and highly organised. Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.
