Senior Service Delivery Analyst

This role requires an experienced IT professional, with a technical background in the Microsoft products as well as excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Duties will include providing strong technical IT support across the group, building strong working relationships with business users as well as across the IT department to ensure excellent project delivery. You will analyse and resolve persistent issues based on root cause analysis as well as identify areas of improvement. that can assist the business. An ITIL foundation certificate would be an asset for this role but is not essential. You will need excellent communication skills and a positive and proactive approach to service delivery.
