A varied role for a professional with significant experience within the fiduciary field who holds a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA. The company can recruit at Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager level. Experience in dealing with Superyachts and crew payroll would be an advantage.
This position takes management responsibility of a team of trust administrators to support them and ensure high standards of client services are provided at all times. Duties include people management, achieving commercial targets, risk mitigation and constantly working to identify client needs.
Previous managerial experience is essential, as well as excellent technical competency and communication skills. You must be able to thrive under pressure and be able to manage your time and prioritise effectively.
