A qualified or part-qualified accountant is required by this boutique fund administrator to liaise with clients and undertake all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for an interesting portfolio of clients.
The role responsibilities will include the review of book-keeping and financial statements, as well as direct financial statement preparation and liaison with the clients. As a boutique firm that doesn’t adhere to a “one size fits all” philosophy you will enjoy working on a variety of different structures from traditional PE funds and GPs, to venture capital structures, litigation finance funds, PCCs, trusts and foundations. Additional responsibilities will also include identifying system efficiencies, assisting with training and supporting the less experienced members of the admin team.
You will need sound technical financial services knowledge, an understanding of the regulatory environment, excellent MS Office skills and good problem solving and team working skills.
