Senior Pensions Administrator

Job # 7001 | Permanent | Pensions
If you have 2-3 years' experience in pension administration and enjoy withing with technical data, you may be well suited to this job.
Duties will include managing client requests, liaising with intermediaries such as legal teams, compliance, investment houses and bankers. You will update databases, oversee the perpetration, collation and dispatch of documentation. You will also assist more junior administrators when needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with good organisational ability and enjoy processing and interpreting data and legislation. On offer are health and dental insurance, pension contributions and good holiday.

COVID-19 update

As you are all aware Guernsey is now on lockdown and we wanted to reassure everyone that the whole OSA team are working remotely and the office space is closed.

Whilst in person meetings are no longer taking place, our work is still continuing: clients are still recruiting, candidates are seeking jobs and interviews are still happening - all done via email, calls, Skype, Zoom and Teams. Technology ensures everyone stays safe and the community is protected, but also means we can keep going even on lockdown, our new business as normal for now!
