Desktop Support Engineer

If you have skills in end-user / desktop and audio-visual support, with knowledge of administering, installing and operating systems this could be the role for you.
This role is involved in a range of tasks such as troubleshooting, debugging, performing software deployments and host management. You will work with procurement staff to purchase hardware and software, and act as the primary escalation point for the Central Service Desk locally and within the other jurisdictions under your responsibility. You will need to have a ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certification, Cisco Certification and a strong technical background.
