A company specialising in trusts and pensions are seeking a compliance candidate with strong management skills to head up the compliance team and act as MLCO and MLRO whilst being the key contact with regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities involve reviewing high-risk cases, file reviews, the compliance monitoring programme and reporting to the Board.
A relevant professional qualification in compliance or a relevant degree and 5 years' experience in compliance would be preferred, however, transferrable skills within the finance industry would also be considered.
