A trust / corporate lawyer with 3 - 5 years' experience is required to work closely with the Client Services teams to provide guidance on complex trust structures, portfolio restructures and technical administration.
Other responsibilities will involve preparing documents for client on-boarding, participating in wealth planning reviews and preparing documents for new fiduciary structures.
It would be beneficial if you have a good intermediary network in the fiduciary and financial services industry to liaise with client advisors and then implement written advice provided.
Strong communication and excellent project management and problem-solving skills are essential.
