This role is open to trainees or school leavers wishing to embark on a career working for a world-leading independent bank and trust company. It offers an exciting opportunity to join a newly established small team which has the potential to become a large enterprise.
Responsibilities will include onboarding of accounts including verification checks, resolving issues related to credit card transactions and delivering end-to-end processes.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills would be required and it would be an advantage if you have experience working in operations with an understanding of systems such as Mastercard Connect, Spotlight and Infinity Assist.
