Senior Service Desk Analyst

Acting as first point of contact regarding technology assistance the chosen candidate will support internal staff and work on a range of administration duties.
With an aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills you will troubleshoot, accurately log requests and produce weekly reports.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role is required with a keen interest in technology and ideally experience of Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office & Teams, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, iManage Work DMS and Mimecast.
