Do you have 2+ years’ experience in a customer service IT role? Then this role within a global company, might be for you.
The role holder will be responsible for daily operational tasks, day-to-day supervision of team members, delivering hardware and software support, acting as the first point of contact for support or service calls on a daily or weekly basis, and liaising with the wider Support Team.
The successful candidate will need to be able to maintain a brilliant level of customer service, showcase incredible problem solving skills, and work collaboratively.
