Our client is looking for a candidate with recent HR experience to provide generalist advice and administrative support within their HR department.
The role will include; dealing with a confidential, delicate, and demanding administrative workload; staying informed on legislative changes and communicating them to managers in a timely manner; and encouraging diversity, equality and inclusion as part of the culture. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal/communication skills, some payroll experience and the ability to deliver a proactive approach to people management, recognising and predicting issues before they occur.
