Some of the enterprise managed services the role holder will be responsible for will include managed firewalls, managed networks, managed cloud services and more.
Further duties will include acting as a subject matter expert, identifying and resolving faults across the managed services portfolio and carrying out customer requests.
Applicants must either hold or be able to gain a CCNA or comparable network related certification in the short term. The technically skilled individual taking on this full-time role will share an early/late pattern with other colleagues.
