A strategic and hands-on role driving governance, portfolio oversight, commercial negotiations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
⭐ Maintain and enhance project governance frameworks and standards
⭐ Oversee portfolio reporting, dashboards and resource planning
⭐ Support project managers through lifecycle governance and stage gates
⭐ Lead end-to-end procurement activity (RFI/RFQ/RFP to contract award)
⭐ Negotiate supplier contracts, SLAs and commercial terms
⭐ Analyse spend to identify cost savings and efficiency gains
⭐ Oversee strategic supplier reviews and performance monitoring
⭐ Provide leadership, training and guidance across projects and procurement
What you’ll bring
⭐ Strong experience in PMO, project governance and procurement
⭐ Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability
⭐ Experience aligning project and procurement outcomes to strategy
⭐ Ability to analyse portfolio and spend data to drive decisions
⭐ Excellent communication and influencing skills
⭐ Formal project qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) advantageous
