Provide day-to-day administration and client support across a portfolio of trusts and companies, working closely with senior administrators, clients, and third parties in a busy, client-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer client portfolios, including statutory records, payments, correspondence, and bookkeeping
⭐ Maintain accurate client files and compliance records
⭐ Liaise with clients, directors, trustees, and third-party advisers
⭐ Assist with periodic client reviews and reporting
⭐ Support and mentor junior administrators (Senior role)
⭐ Ensure adherence to trust and company administration best practice, compliance, and confidentiality
What you’ll need:
⭐ Part-qualified or willing to study for STEP, ICSA, ACCA, or ACA (or relevant experience in trust/admin/accounting roles)
⭐ Strong organisational and time management skills
⭐ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
⭐ Good oral and written communication skills
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
⭐ Ability to work collaboratively in a busy team
⭐ Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to learning and development
