Key Responsibilities
⭐ Prepare monthly accounts, KPIs, and board-level reporting
⭐ Oversee income streams, expense payments, and financial controls
⭐ Manage annual accounts and audit process
⭐ Lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and bank relationships
⭐ Monitor capital and liquidity requirements
⭐ Support regulatory filings and handle ad hoc reporting
What You’ll Need
⭐ Recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA/ICAEW) preferred
⭐ Strong experience in financial services, ideally in a regulated environment
⭐ Solid understanding of accounting software (e.g. Xero), Excel, and reporting tools
⭐ Familiarity with Guernsey Registry portals and experience of GFSC regulations
⭐ Well-organised, dependable, and collaborative with a calm, hands-on approach
