Senior IT Consultant

Looking for an experienced IT Consultant to join a Service Delivery team, supporting a diverse client base with high-quality outsourced IT services. You will tackle complex technical issues, lead cloud-focused projects, and ensure smooth, reliable delivery across key technologies.

What you’ll be doing

⭐ Resolve high-priority technical tickets across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server
⭐ Support complex client environments, including networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi and ticketing systems
⭐ Lead end-to-end project delivery, from scoping to execution

What you’ll bring

⭐ Strong expertise in O365, Azure, MFA, AD, Exchange, and Windows Server
⭐ Solid understanding of networking, firewalls (SonicWall/Ubiquiti) and modern support tools
⭐ Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders, vendors and project timelines
